Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for SignalDeck subscriptions purchased through our payment provider (Creem).

General

SignalDeck provides digital subscription access. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying ongoing access to digital content and features.

First-time subscriber satisfaction

If you are a first-time paying subscriber and contact support@signaldeck.pro within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase, we will review your request and, where reasonable, issue a refund or offer an alternative resolution (such as account credit), subject to fraud-prevention checks and eligibility.

This policy is intended to reduce risk for genuine first purchases; it does not apply to repeat purchases, renewals, or accounts with prior paid history, except where required by law.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once billed, because access is delivered immediately for the renewal period. You can cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges, according to your plan’s cancellation settings.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact support@signaldeck.pro before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country or region.

Email support@signaldeck.pro with your account email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
