Terms of Service

SignalDeck provides daily builder intelligence reports and related materials (the “Service”). We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or relevance.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@signaldeck.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Creem). Fees, renewal terms, and plan details are presented at checkout and on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in accordance with the plan terms.

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees and taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.

Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view SignalDeck content for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, scrape, systematically download, publicly republish, or create competing datasets from the Service except as allowed by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security or performance, using the Service to violate law, harass others, distribute malware, or overload our systems.

The Service aggregates and editorializes public signals and market intelligence. Some editorial methodology is informed by open projects such as BuilderPulse (https://builderpulse.ai/). Third-party sites and datasets remain subject to their own terms and licenses; SignalDeck is not endorsed by those third parties unless expressly stated.

The Service is provided for informational purposes. Content is not financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalDeck and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SignalDeck in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law).

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless SignalDeck from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
